  • Mark the edges on each part in the online cut list: L for a long side, W for a short side.

Cutting

The latest German technology lets PBC process orders faster, with one of the quickest turnaround times in the country. But what is speed without precision?

  • State of the art beam saws give the most accurate and closest cut, and are more reliable than standard panel saws.
  • All board cutting is done digitally for an accurate and superb finish.
  • Pot holes can be drilled for your hinges before you install.

Delivery

Whether you buy full boards, cut boards, screws or hinges, PBC delivery has you covered, with delivery options to suit what you order.

  • For rates, contact your preferred branch: the cost depends on the branch and where you are.
  • Ask for delivery when you send your quote basket or cut list and your branch adds it to the quote.

Write your sizes the way the saw reads them.

Each part as quantity x length x width in mm, then the edging and hinge holes. On woodgrain boards the length is the side the grain runs along.
