Delivery. On time, in perfect condition.
Whether you buy full boards, cut boards, screws or hinges, PBC delivery has you covered, with delivery options to suit what you order.
Cutting
The latest German technology lets PBC process orders faster, with one of the quickest turnaround times in the country. But what is speed without precision?
- State of the art beam saws give the most accurate and closest cut, and are more reliable than standard panel saws.
- All board cutting is done digitally for an accurate and superb finish.
- Pot holes can be drilled for your hinges before you install.
Edging
PBC uses top of the range edge benders that edge significantly faster than standard machines, so you get more variety and design flexibility with a superior finish.
- Professional edging from 0.4 mm to 2 mm.
- Every board on this site shows the edging that matches its decor, or the closest colour we stock.
- Mark the edges on each part in the online cut list: L for a long side, W for a short side.
- 1 mm PVC Matches the board decor. Our everyday edge.
- 0.4 mm PVC Thin edge for hidden carcass edges.
- 2 mm PVC Heavier edge for doors and tops that take knocks.
- 1.8 mm ABS Tough ABS edge.
- 1.8 mm Gloss High-gloss edge for SupaGloss doors.
Write your sizes the way the saw reads them.
Each part as quantity x length x width in mm, then the edging and hinge holes. On woodgrain boards the length is the side the grain runs along.
