Can I buy and pay on this website?
No. This website is for quotes only. You build a quote basket or a cut list and send it to the branch you choose. That branch replies with pricing. Nothing is paid online.
How do I choose my branch?
Choose your branch in the header. Your quotes, cut lists and specials then go to and come from that branch. You can change it at any time.
How do I get a quote?
Add products to your quote basket, fill in your details and send it. The branch you chose will reply with pricing and stock.
How does the online cut list work?
Enter your parts, sizes and edging. The cut list nests your parts on boards so you can see the layout, then it goes to your branch with your quote. Your branch will confirm the price.
Will my boards be cut exactly as I send them?
Yes. Cut lists are cut as submitted, so please check every size before you send it. You are responsible for your measurements.
What machines do you cut on?
We cut on beam saws, which give an accurate cut and are more reliable than standard panel saws. All board cutting is done digitally.
What edging thicknesses do you offer?
We edge from 0.4 mm to 2 mm on our edge banders. Your branch will confirm which colours are in stock.
Can you drill holes for hinges?
Yes. Pot holes for hinges can be drilled before you install. Add a note to your cut list and your branch will confirm.
What is the 3D Studio?
The 3D Studio lets you try any decor in a kitchen, bedroom or study, and it shows the matching edging. Colours on screen are a guide, so check a physical sample at the branch before you order.
What does a trade account give me?
Open a trade account in My Account. It saves your cut lists, lets you repeat past jobs, and shows the status of your jobs.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available. For more information and rates, please contact your preferred branch. Full boards, cut boards, screws or hinges: PBC delivers. Rates depend on your branch and where you are, so your branch confirms the cost with your quote.
Where do I collect my order?
From the branch that quoted it. Bring your quote reference and check your boards and edges when you collect.
Are specials the same at every branch?
No. Specials are set per branch. Choose your branch in the header to see its specials.
Can I return boards that were cut or edged for me?
No. Boards cut or edged to your specifications, and edging of 5 metres or less, cannot be returned. See our refunds policy for the full list.
