Terms of Service

This website is for quotes only. No sales are made and nothing is paid through the website. By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes

  • When you send a quote basket or a cut list, it goes to the branch you chose. That branch replies with pricing.
  • Prices and stock are confirmed by the branch on the quote. Anything shown on the website is not an offer to sell.
  • A quote is valid for the period the branch states on it.
  • Your order goes ahead once you accept the quote with the branch, on that branch’s terms.

2. Colours and decors

Colours on screen and in the 3D Studio are a guide only. Screens and lighting differ, so please check a physical sample at the branch before you order.

3. Cut lists and measurements

  • You are responsible for your measurements and for the details in your cut list.
  • Cut lists are cut as submitted. Please check every size, quantity, grain direction and edging choice before you send it.
  • Boards cut or edged to your specifications cannot be returned. See our refunds policy.

4. Price match

5. Your information

We handle the details you send us as set out in our privacy policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
